MSDN docset should contain not only "Windows Desktop App Development"

At the moment root of this docset is Windows Desktop App Development

MSDN Library should be is root and docset should contain all sub sections(e.g. Web Development ) except .Net that is in official repo

I can try to start crawling from this root, but I'm afraid that the result will be too big, and maybe contain a lot of duplicates.

As I suspected:

system.runtime.interopservices.dllimportattribute(v=vs.95).aspx (497505 remaining, 110438 visited)

Looks like this isn't going to end... We need better heuristics for what to crawl. For now the title of the docset says "Windows", maybe I need to change the name of this docset everywhere too to reflect the fact that it only contains the Windows API part of MSDN.
