拖拽时重新排列的动画有点生硬，可否顺滑一点😁

目前是ViewDragHelper的动画，有时间一定优化一下支持自定义动画😁

@whilu 拖拽的时候可否实时移动而不是停下来以后才重新排列这样的话我觉得效果会更好一点
