Animated Bottom Navigation Bar

Some Ui changes so that app look more interactive:-

1. Blank screen when there is no data available can be changed as if there is no data we can show image with some instruction to add data or small screen description, so that new user can understand the purpose of this screen
2. Bottom navigation Bar can be changed to smooth animated Bar
