Added a dropdown animation functionality
committed changes to the existing follow-along navigation bar by adding additional functionality of dropdown animation. dropdown animation works only when the mouse is moved from the top of the navigation bar to the navigation link. for the rest of the mouse movement, the previously designed follow-along is followed.
