Fish commands for multiwerf

This might be a minority shell https://fishshell.com/ but it would be nice for multiwerf to provide some way of working with it.

(testing multiwerf & werf in bash so far)

Hello! Thanks for idea. I think it is totally possible to add support for fish and we would like to have such support.
