💥 Display only open issues and pull requests count #76, previously were displaying ALL issues and pull requests.
With the closure of #75 and #76, all socialify images will now show issue and pull request count only corresponding to the open issues and pull requests instead of all.
Currently, there is no way to disable this. In the future, if the community wants this as a setting a feature-request for the same can be opened and we can work on it then.

🚨 Breaking changes:
