404 on repo when checking and process not doing anything

Hi,

I've added .github/pull.yml to CIPP & CIPP-API but when I do the check, I get a 404 error and then when I trigger process, I get success but nothing happens.

I have the app restricted to these two repositories as I do not want my other forked repositories to discard my commits.
