Cannot run website after installation of IWP

Open IvanWIP opened this issue 6 years ago • 3 comments

After I installed Instant Wordpress on my laptop, I opened up the control panel, clicked on Wordpress Frontpage then got an alert message saying it would take longer than normal because it's the first time deploying the app. I waited but didn't get any response. I proceeded by clicking on Advanced, then on SSH Terminal. This opens a command prompt which closes off almost instantly.

I managed to capture the error message that was on it: error

Is there any way to fix this issue?

Same. The green loading bar is stuck, but the control panel is open. It's been stuck for 8 minutes or more. I extracted from scratch again because it wouldn't respond to "open admin" and the SSH as well as QEMU both shut down immediately after popping up. Now, on this seemingly fresh install (Are there hidden files? I didn't see any in AppData.), the SSH opened once, but closed immediately when I entered sudo rc-service apache2 status and now it won't stay open long enough to do any thing. Install attempt #3. Same results. Tried via documents and desktop directories. My favorite WP option is essentially unusable.

make sure that your IWP installation doesn't have any space in its path. exemple A folder named "My Absolute Website " should be named "MyAbsoluteWebsite"
