Add "Language" for Menu or Translate it

Hi all,

I like to translate the main windows, with the onglet "Control Panel" and "Advanced" In French. I'm ready to translate this.

Thanks ThomasB! That would be most useful. Once InstantWP is fully released (a few weeks) I will add some extensions to enable a multilingual interface. It is almost there but I would need to separate out the English constants first, then you can translate them. I will update this ticket with details once that is ready, if that is acceptable.

Some people have difficulties with wordpress and taking the instantwp to these people is a wonderful idea! Let's put the interface in Portuguese ...
