Regarding configuration Turn stunt collider URL

Hello,

I am following all the steps using google app engine and APPRTC is running.

And also configure own turn collider stunt server but I am a bit confused in the configuration file like

apprtc.py constant.py

If I set up my own things then which URL is passed in both files or what URL used for ICE server

Please suggest what contents are in both files when we used own turn stunt and collider server.
