When you access HyperHDR for the first time, no password is set but you can set one. You will only be asked for a password if you have set one. If you have set a password and forgotten it, you can delete hyperion.db from /home/root/.hyperion/db/. Unfortunately, the settings will also be lost.

Thanks a ton! It work! my setup is fully functional.

ESP32 + WLED + LG TV (rooted v5.50.15) + umbrew chanel + PicCap + HyperHDR-webos-loader

Still need to install LUTs

Is there any solution to be able to use HyperHDR on Disney+/Netflix? (Other than using a laptop and a hdmi splitter => not very practical => not wife friendly)

Hi, Unfortunately, it is not possible to record DRM-protected content from the internal LG apps and use it in Hyperion.

You do not need a splitter as the HDMI interfaces are not affected by DRM restrictions.

Simply use an inexpensive HDMI streaming device such as the Amazon Fire TV Stick or Chromecast, on which Netflix, Disney & Co. run and you will enjoy Ambilight.

Follow my instructions to install the LUT table: https://github.com/satgit62/Ultimate-HyperHDR-Ambilight-fine-tuning-experience-for-LG-webOS-with-new-LUT-calibration-
