It worked 14 months but now -> No permission to write

Not sure if it is relevant or not, but I recently blocked the LG related URL's in Pihole to avoid the "upgrade available for WebOs" on my TV (and I didn't upgrade the OS). After a few days my webosbrew apps were gone and my developer account on the TV was erased. After figuring out that blocking LG-urls could be the issue, I logged in on the TV the dev-account credentials and I was ready to go.... I though.

I can connect with the app to the TV and see the TV details as firmware and I can browse the OS file structure but I can't write or install apps to the TV any longer... What am I doing wrong that can cause this. Keyserver is turned on...
