Client does not always automatically refresh new elections

Some client do not automatically display new elections, requiring the user to refresh the page themselves. This is confusing for users when the page says it will update automatically.

hmmm, maybe they don't have internet the second the WebSocket message is emitted.

Are there any common "things" these users do/have?
Has is been the same users with this problem?

I have personally encountered this often. And I have seen it in other devices. So both iPhone and android.
