User photo not showing up on account details page

What steps will reproduce the bug?

1. Add a photo to your user profile,
2. Then click on the Account Details button on the top right corner.

What is the expected behavior?

Since the user added a photo, that photo should be displayed on the Account Details page, but it doesn't.

What do you see instead?

Instead, we show the default "Select an Image" image.
