okhttp bug: ProtocolException: Expected ':status' header not present

When Preview, shows black and said "Start a stream to enable the preview!"

I have the same issue, is this abandoned?

Do not bundle Lumo?

When following the `README.adoc` to install mach with `sudo npm install -g @juxt/mach ` I was forced to run it with `--unsafe-perm` to allow lumo to install.

Compiles with boost 1.67

Is there a reason this isn't merged into the main branch?

Just spend an hour getting imagick to install just to find out it's not supported... _sigh_
