This will fix #7.

Employee are allowed to:

Owner
[ ] Hire employee
[ ] fire employee
[ ] promote employee
[ ] Create meal
[ ] release meal
[ ] retire meal
[ ] archive meal
Cashier
[ ] todo
Delivery boy
[ ] todo
Waitress
[ ] todo

Do I have to merge anything or do you have the rights yourself when you are done? Unfortunately I'm very busy this May. I "may" take some time to react. :/
