Thanks for the report, I was able to reproduce the issue randomly. FileNotUploaded

Note:

  1. The issue occurs both in old and new webcompat.com form.
  2. Workaround: Usually when uploading the screenshot the second time it works.
  3. The issue does not seem to occur on Chrome.

Tested with: Browser / Version: Firefox Preview Nightly 200317 (🦎: 76.0a1-20200316092804), Firefox Beta 68.7b1, Firefox Release 68.6.0, Firefox Preview 4.0.0 (🦎: 74.0-20200226031638) Operating System: Huawei P20 Lite (Android 8.0.0) - 1080 x 2280 pixels, 19:9 ratio (~432 ppi density), Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge (Android 7.0) - 1440 x 2560 pixels (~577 ppi pixel density)

is it the upload which is not working, or the thumbnail not being displayed? I'll give this one to @miketaylr or @ksy36 with the possibility of moving it to webcompat.com eventually.
