[TASK] Deployer: View running, pending, and stopped instances
Description
For V1 of the Tangle Cloud Console, the landing dashboard will allow deployers to view and manage their active running instances. This feature provides a centralized interface for deployers to monitor, control, and optimize the services they have deployed from available Blueprints.
