[TASK] Verify and publish Anchor contracts on etherscan

Overview

We should / need to verify and publish the anchor contracts (e.g. 0xa1a2b7e08793b3033122b83cbee56726678588b5 ) on their respected block explorers based on the deployments outlined here.

Motivation here is to have the ABI's readily available for the development of the graphQL API being implemented in webb-tools/webb-grahql. The ABI is a requirement for the development of subgraphs and its much easier to have them available on etherscan.

We can verify the contracts by hardhat fyi.
