Broken wind-sample.scn

Describe the bug The wind-sample.scn is broken right now. these objects dont load. We can not equip the avatars too

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'wind-sample.scn'
2. apps dont load
3. try to equip the vrms

Expected behavior it should load properly and we need to move these apps to main webaverse repos.

Oh Sorry! I removed these testing apps in my repo. Would add them back
