Loading indicators on character select and preview.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

1. When the page first loads the avatar box on the top left shows a loading animation, however when you select a different character the loading does not reinitiate. This might not be a problem for people with a high speed internet but it will be a problem for others as from the UI standpoint they wont notice that the new character is loading up until they actually see it on the scene.
2. Also need to add small loading indicator for the preview box in the character select menu, so we see that the new preview is loading.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Just rerun the loading function that is initiated on page load when a new character is selected from the menu.
2. Add a loading icon/animation on the right side of the character select menu for when a new preview is loading.

Describe alternatives you've considered

There are no alternatives for this as this is a an easy fix and will improve the UI/UX.
