2024 Action Item: web3.js Playground - web application where you can code web3.js examples. It will provide a simple interface where you can write and execute short snippets of code using Web3.js instance.

[ ] Research plugin options to use

Look at Docusourus first since the 4.x docs are. If not an option, look elsewhere.
