Publish a documentation version for each release

Currently, the documentation is updated with every push to 4.x. This means the documentation is valid for canary versions. But could be not valid for every earlier version.

Hopefully, Docusaurus support versioning and we need to check this and see how to implement: https://docusaurus.io/docs/versioning
