GitOps Run quickstart

As a user, it would be nice to have a quickstart for gitops run where I can have a sample workload that lets me see the power of gitops run sooner. For example, gitops run --quickstart.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. When using gitops run I want to be able to provide a flag sample.
