BUG: Microsoft needs to update flux version

Leo to talk to microsoft to upgrade the version of flux that they're 'installing' to make sure we can use some newer flux functionality (like flux tree, flux check)

How will we work with microsoft to make sure they are upgrading latest versions of flux?
