The package version for the 0.9.0 tag still says 0.8.0

The 0.9.0 tar file (and git tag) says 0.8.0 for the package version.

Oops, sorry for that! You mean you get 0.8.0 if you run chopper --version?

With that 0.9.0 tar file from github yes I do get 0.8.0 from --version
