EC200UCNAA Sleep mode not work

i am use logicrom opencpu SDK and i use at command AT+QSCLK=1 but this doesn't support logicrom firmware but it give in Quectel document then i use AT+CSCLK=1, AT+CSCLK=2 but no one worked.

when opencpu application is running module cannot enter sleep mode.
