Support Multiple WaveTerm Windows (for Multiple Monitors)

We should support having multiple WaveTerm windows open at once (each independent of each other). This is especially useful to support users with multiple monitors so they can have terminal windows open on each monitor showing different workspaces/tabs.

I really want to use Wave, but I have multiple virtual desktops and cannot use wave if I'm not able to have a window on more than one desktop / monitor

After looking through the docs, and then finding this ticket, I would like to confirm that:

• There is currently no way to see more than one terminal session at a time using this tool.
