[Bug]: Wave AI content misalligned after window resize

Current Behavior

With the Wave AI panel closed, if you resize the Wave application and then open the Wave AI panel, the Wave AI content will have strange positioning.

Expected Behavior

The Wave AI panel will always look correct when first opening Wave AI.

Steps To Reproduce

1. In Windows 11
2. Close Wave AI if it is open
3. Resize the main Wave application window
4. Open the Wave AI

• The behavior is the same when using the "AI" menu button or ALT+SHIFT+A to open Wave AI.
• When resizing the Wave application again while the Wave AI panel is open, it will correct itself.
