[Feature]: I think it could very useful to export and import workspaces configuration

Feature description

Every time waveterm is updated the workpsaces configuration are lost and I need to reconfigure all my workspaces. I think it could very useful to implement a way to export and import workspaces configuration or migrate them when the waveterm is updated to a new version.
