[Feature]: Enable setting the Waveterm window title (ideally via wsh also)

Feature description

On Windows I track my activity based on the Window title.

Although a single Waveterm window can contain a lot of different activities and workspaces, I still think being able to set the overall Window title would be a useful feature for tracking and also simply switching to windows via e.g. Alt+Tab.

Implementation Suggestion

wsh title "Project: my super dooper website"

And GUI if required.
