Hello,

is there some plan to port this library to the newer version of .NET? For example .NET 5 ?

I think there is a problem with "ServicePointManager.SecurityProtocol" where max TLS version is "Tls12" but some nodes required "Tls13". It is not possible to use this library for these nodes.
