Demos not working: Pico_ePaper_Code/pythonNanoGui/

I've been unable to get the demo python running, specifically: [(https://github.com/waveshare/Pico_ePaper_Code/blob/main/pythonNanoGui/demos/ePaper_test_B.py)] on a picoW with a black/red/white/ 2.9inch waveshare screen.

Has anyone been able to get this running?

I have trouble to make anything with this display, so sad it's a good device :(
