Wavedrom editor 3.5.0 macos arm64 application damaged

The release binary from https://github.com/wavedrom/wavedrom.github.io/releases/download/v3.5.0/wavedrom-editor-v3.5.0-osx-arm64.zip won't run; OSX says it's damaged.

Mac Mini M1 on Sequoia 15.4

The x64 release binary works OK via Rosetta.

I also get the warning of a damaged application with v3.5.0 arm64. I'm running macOS Sequoia 15.6 on Apple M1.
