Remove Natural Language Classifier node - August 2022

IBM will begin sunsetting IBM Watson Natural Language Classifier (NLC) on August 9, 2021. From September 9, 2021 onward, you will no longer be able to create any new NLC instances. All existing instances will be supported for a period of one year from this announcement. The service will no longer be available from 8 August 2022.
