feat: support wezterm

The wezterm Terminfo handles CSI 3J correctly only within the XtermClear sequence.

Hi, there is currently a difference in watchexec -c on wezterm when the TERM environment vairable is set to wezterm instead of the default xterm-256color. The clearing of the scrollback only works in the latter case. This PR unifies the behavior between the 2 terminals.

Please be aware that I am only able to test this on macOS 14.5.
