Add custom host option

This tool is a lifesaver for me, especially when I'm getting full .Net projects without the backend source and just need to simply run them without compiling.

Could you add an option to allow a custom URL to use when launching? For most of my local work I like to use things like http://mysite.dev and I know you can set those custom bindings through the applicationhost.config file so maybe you could do it through this extension as well.
