Describe the solution you'd like?
Hello,
I would like to suggest a feature enhancement for the terminal application. It would be great to support text selection using the Left Shift key, similar to how it's implemented in the default Ubuntu terminal or applications like MS Word.
The idea is to allow users to click at the starting point of a word or line, then hold the Left Shift key and click at the desired endpoint. This would highlight all the text between the two points, making selection more efficient and user-friendly.
Looking forward to your consideration.
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I always have to use default terminal or need to keep cursor clicked and go up or down till my required end to select specific long text on terminal
