Describe the bug
When I am in the quake mode and try to open the settings window, it opens it in the quake window with the view cutoff by the size of the quake window. I could increase the size of the quake window to see the entirety of the settings popup but beats the purpose of quake mode window.
To reproduce
Launch quake mode and open settings (Cmd+`)
Expected behavior
It would be best to have a single instance of the settings popup and launch in the main window.

Is this a Warp specific issue? (i.e. does it happen in Terminal, iTerm, Kitty, etc.)
Yes, this I confirmed this only happens in Warp, not other terminals.

Appreciate your feedback. As far as I'm aware the settings menu isn't fully responsive by default so it's something we could improve in the future. Marking as a feature request for responsive settings.

It would make more sense if the settings screen was a window on its own - specially when using it with quake mode.
