suggestion: make it possible to work in several Columns layout.

Problem: Right now, if we are in View->Layout->Columns: 2 (or 3) mode, the Outliner is being displayed and shows the list of functions for the both files: in left Column and in Right Column.

But if you press on a function from the right Column file, the Outliner just switch us to the left Column file.

Suggestion: It would be very good if it was possible to make it work for at least 2 Columns layout.

I actually made a fix for it. Will make a fork with it.
