Enhancement: Allow document reordering by outline drag/drop

When writing an essay, it's useful to start by freewriting, giving your ideas headings as they come to you. It would be nice if you could then switch to a "structuring" mode by reordering your points using the outliner, rather than having to do this within the document.

Dragging is difficult to implement, but I have added options to highlight entire block of text/code under the current symbol/title when clicking the symbol/title in the outline pane, which should make reordering easier. Please try release 0.1.4.
