[WIP] Intensify test

This PR aims to test and where needed update the intensification method implemented in this package.

Current status:

  • Created initial test (based on test_mix_space)
  • Fixed issues with the first iteration
  • Fixed issues with counting the number of evaluations (ugly fix)
  • Fixed dealing with different eval_types
