Detailed explanation about plot_with_dapi parameter

Hi @heihaizhengdong , I'd like to know what's the meaning of plot_with_dapi in most clustermap functions? In my opinion, if it is set to False then the spots overlapping with dapi will be discarded. Is that true?

Hi, plot_with_dapi will plot spots sampled from DAPI if exists. RNA spots will also be plotted. Thanks!

Got it. Then why should we provide the DAPI image as an input for ClusterMap? Only for the verification purpose that validates the cell segmentation result is accordance with the distribution of DAPI?
