Wangkanai roadmap for .NET 8

.NET 8 is currently in Preview 5 (2023-06-16), and many features can still be developed on the .NET 7 platform as the base. Therefore, if that feature requires .NET 8 and/or .NET 8 has moved to Release Candidate with Go live support. Then we would start moving the backlogs onto .NET 8 bandwagon train.
