Canonot pull peps:latest from repository

Hi,

I'm getting this message after trying to "make run":

Unable to find image 'peps:latest' locally
Pulling repository docker.io/library/peps
Error: image library/peps:latest not found
make: *** [run] Error 1

What did I do wrong?
