Offline use

I discovered Wallabag/wallabagger a week ago and am loving it. I switch between a Win10 pc and a Win10 tablet, so Wallabagger is my go-to.

Unfortunately it doesn't work offline. I assume the iOS and Android apps do. Can we get this up to speed? It seems like you've got 95% of the info/infrastructure to save the last n pages locally with a "sync" function.

One more wrinkle: highlighting fails without an error message offline. It would be good to store highlights locally and sync them as well.

I don't do much extension stuff (though I've already hacked Wallabagger a bunch), but I'm happy to test/QA.

Eh, lack of this feature is a deal breaker for me(I am on spotty Internet connection), maybe I could circumvent it for now by hosting on my laptop? Just thinking aloud..

definitely todo. as I am going to play around with service worker, it shouldn't very dificult to implement.
