Enable Graby Debugging in Docker Container

Hello all, I'm having an issue with quite a few sites not fetching on a fresh install of 2.4. I've confirmed that the sites can be extracted from using f43.me and I've checked for random network issues but can't seem to narrow it down. What's the easiest way to enable debugging for graby within the docker container? Also, are there any different common solutions for handling fetch errors within a docker container as opposed to the standalone app? Thanks!
