Is it possible to proxy an SSH connection?

I installed the service and ran it, but when I try to use it with SSH client connection fails the SSH connection and in the service side is showing this message:

on the ssh terminal just show this:

kex_exchange_identification: read: Connection reset by peer
Connection reset by 192.168.5.230 port 1080
Connection closed by UNKNOWN port 65535

any suggestion?
