Comparison of more than two groups

Hi! Great to be able to run LefSe in R - thanks! The R implementation doesn't seem to allow a comparison of more than two groups. Is there a plan to add this functionality?

I have a piece of code to achieve a two-by-two comparison between the levels of lefse when there are >2 levels in the group, you can try my code. They are in the import and Revised parts of pdf.
