Power curve on 2D gaze cursor position

When a 2D widget is using gaze cursor, we can apply a slight power curve to the normalized X and Y positions to allow tracking to the edges of the screen without looking as far.

This applies to the menu also.

Should probably be implemented as a shell configuration setting.
